The room is dirty and molded! Location is excellent but party happens every night until 4am at the street. Very noisy and cannot sleep at all! Avoid this place

I recently stayed at Una Hotels Deco Roma. The location, just a two-minute walk from the station after a long journey, was a great help. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and I was pleased that they fulfilled my request. Room: Clean Bathtub: Good Location: Excellent Breakfast: Buffet style The hotel was decorated with modern paintings everywhere, creating a cheerful and bright atmosphere. The cappuccino I had at breakfast was delicious. Because it's near Rome's Termini Station, there are many tourists, so the breakfast buffet menu had a variety of dishes to suit people from various countries. The service was friendly and pleasant. I would like to stay here again when I visit Rome again.

Hotel was ok until a house keeper just walked into our room while we're getting dressed, they did not knock or announce themselves. We asked another employee that was working in another room why the house keeper just walked in with no notice, they said they were just checking that room was cleaned. Our room had a occupation light on for no entry. I ended up going to the front desk to file a complaint and they said they already were aware and only could say sorry. Not a very professional house keeping staff.
