Our stay at Golden Tulip made our visit to Rome so easy! Right in the heart of Rome food, drinks, and shopping was all a short walk away. Every employee was kind, accommodating, and greets with a smile! We had a slight incident (our own fault.. stupid outlet adapters!!) but the hotel staff jumped in right away to help get everything sorted. No problems, no questions, just “what do you need from us?” We spent our final evening in Rome on the roof top bar enjoying the BEAUTIFUL view, and chatting with Fabio and Nicolo. They made great drinks, and despite our slight language barrier still carried a great conversation! We will not be forgetting the incredible staff and Golden Tulip!

Had a great stay at Golden Tulip Piram, Rome. The location is excellent and made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The newly renovated rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a very good stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, there are much better options nearby, and I wish I had done more research before booking. This hotel was recommended through our cruise line NCL, and choosing it ended up being a mistake. This is not like any "Four Star" hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room stayed between 27–29°C (80–84°F) for our entire stay, despite repeated requests to the front desk to lower the AC since room temperatures are CENTRALLY CONTROLLED by the front desk. After countless trips downstairs, we were continually dismissed and told to “give it time.” At one point, they even sent a bellboy to our family’s room to inspect the thermostat as if they thought we were exaggerating. The poor kid looked uncomfortable even having to come up there, so we simply took a picture and didn’t make him come inside. After seeing another guest with a fan, I finally asked if one was available and they accommodated the request. Considering I had repeatedly explained I was struggling with the heat for health reasons, I’m not sure why this was never offered sooner. It wasn’t until the second day that staff finally acknowledged the room was excessively hot and admitted the AC system was not functioning properly. By then, the only solution offered was moving us late in the evening when we were leaving for the airport at 4 AM. What made the experience even worse was how rude we were treated throughout our stay. We had multiple uncomfortable interactions where we felt dismissed and mocked rather than helped. I’ve traveled internationally for decades and have never felt compelled to leave a review like this. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be our only full day in Rome.

The rooms are comfortable with the air conditioning kept going off Every five minutes. The staff is very warm and the service was quick.I'm not sure they have room service though.

Nice hotel, over priced for what it is. Close to the train station is convenient if that’s what you need but it is a noisy area. They claim to have AC but our room was 83° when we came in and had to call the front desk to have them control it on their end. We needed up having to call down 5 times and it felt like they were just pulling us around the whole time. The AC did not work, they brought a fan up. Not a comfortable stay due to it being so hot in our room and the loud street noise all night.

Shocking lack of maintenance and service** Only good is the location Booked a suite stay here for our clients and it was a complete disaster. The hotel’s infrastructure is incredibly old and neglected. During their stay, the **AC was broken**, the **lift was out of order** (forcing them to use stairs with heavy luggage), the **room furniture was damaged**, and **room service was non-existent**. For Water and room amenties they need to rush down to reception and For a recognized hotel brand, leaving guests with no climate control, no elevator, and zero service is completely unacceptable. We will not be booking our clients here again. **Avoid.boooking**

This is my second time to be in Golden Tulip Hotel in a raw. The people of the hotel are welcoming and have high customer service skills simply they are amazing. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfy. The hotel's location is excellent and with a walking distance to the most historical sites... I mean everything is around the hotel... how amazing is that!! Right I know .. and yes, the main train station of Rome is very .. very..very close by!! Golden Tulip is part of The Italian vacation for me
