Fabulous location very helpful service really clean ample space in our room Breakfast was good lots of choice and plentyfull

I was there years ago; it was the only time I've visited Venice, and I thought it was sensational, wonderful. I think I have such fond memories of that trip, not only because it's a unique city, but also because of this hotel. It's beautiful. If I ever return, I'll try to stay here so my children can remember it just as I do. 100% recommended

Only used the bar whilst visiting Ca Rezzonico. Very friendly staff, great service, fantastic little bar area (in the summer they have the garden terrace. Well worth a drink if you are nearby.

Excellent

My wife and I spent 9 days in Venice and each was a treat. We spent the entire time at the Palazzo Stern. It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to reach and right on the Grand Canal. It was nice not to have to carry our luggage around the small streets of Venice. Very accessible to all the sites, especially with one of the Vaporetto stops right next to the hotel. Very close to local restaurants and cicchetti bars. Next time we come to Venice, we will be returning to the Palazzo Stern.

Good vibe and views

Great location and overall really pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly but we were disappointed we did not get the room we paid for. They said all the other junior suites on the front side of the hotel overlooking the Grand Canal were taken but reserved our room 6 months before our trip and specifically requested that view for our honeymoon. At breakfast, we were the only people there and we didn’t see anyone else in the hotel until the end of our stay. We feel that we were being deceived about those rooms being reserved. They sent us a bottle of campaign to try and make up for it but we don’t really drink. They basically said they prioritize repeat customers which I guess makes sense but a horrible business model of you want to keep first time visitors coming back. But like I said, very friendly staff and great location, we were just disappointed for the value of the room we got based on the price per night we paid.
