Hotel Mercurio Venice

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is simply amazing perfect for exploring Venice and enjoying the atmosphere of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast: incredibly delicious, fresh, and with a great selection every morning. The staff was welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly come back again!

Overall, the stay was okay. The location was good, and the bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessary things. However, Economy Double Room was ridiculously small, with barely any space to move around. There was also no coffee machine or complimentary water in the room, which was disappointing.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The pasta was perfectly al dente. The service was great, the atmosphere friendly, and we were even offered a limoncello at the end of our meal! Thank you!

First of all, the location is fantastic. Very close to St. Mark's Square and the city's main attractions. The rooms aren't large, but we are in Venice. There's air conditioning, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped, with a hairdryer and towels. The room lacks only basic amenities, such as a kettle, mugs, etc. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive, but it was perfectly adequate and really tasty. The staff was helpful with any questions.

We visited the "Mercurio" restaurant and enjoyed some of the most delicious dishes we've ever tasted. The setting is very pleasant, spacious, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is highly professional, very courteous, communicative, and, above all, welcoming. What stands out is the service culture: everything is organized, and the service is quick and impeccable. The quality of the food is truly impressive, with special flavors that will linger in your memory for a long time. Therefore, it's definitely worth visiting and savoring the wonderful dishes.
