Easy to access and to check in & out. Shared bathroom and shower very clean. Room small but practical and with airco. Perfect if you need to step by for just couple of days just for resting.

Good value for money for Rotterdam and I slept well overall. However, the bed sheets were a bit dirty, and there was a noticeable amount of dust and dirt around and underneath the mattress. The main issue was a member of the night staff. We found him unnecessarily dismissive on several occasions when asking for help or information, which negatively affected our stay. We were also uncomfortable when we saw him entering the women's bathroom around 2 a.m. The hotel has since explained that staff perform overnight cleaning checks, which clarifies the situation. However, I think it would be better if staff knocked or announced themselves before entering.

Amazing Hostel!! Such a nice setting and atmosphere. It looks very new and very well designed. I had a great time and didn’t want to leave my room! Where you sleep is sound proof and you can get to play music from the speakers and even control the lights! The staff were very helpful and nice! Bathrooms, showers and bedrooms were reallyy clean as well!! The soap, shampoo and body lotions are from Ritual and smells amazing! Great location as well, close to public transportation.

Clean and good location

Excellent value for money. The capsule is very original and the bed is super comfortable. The shared toilets and showers are very clean, and the cleaning lady comes by often. I was worried about noise from the movers, but you can't hear a thing. The train station is a 13-minute walk away, the metro is 2 minutes away, and the hotel is very well located next to bars and restaurants.
