It's always the best option in the Netherlands

The atmosphere was very pleasant, the welcome warm and very helpful. A great stay. One drawback, though: the website only shows photos of very unusual rooms, with all the walls at an angle, which is exactly the kind of atmosphere you come looking for. But not all the rooms are like that. Ours was a very ordinary room, a bit dark. We went to complain at reception and they kindly moved us to a more typical room, but luckily it was available. It's a bit like false advertising, really...

Do not be fooled by the pictures. I booked a room of 4, and was allocated a room that was so small, that it was hard for 2 people to co-exist there, let alone 4. Half of the bedroom was too short for me to even stand up fully and I am average height. Service was fine, but the hostel is far from the "cool" experience they're trying to sell.

Fantastic hotel! Right next to a beautiful park in Amsterdam, it's the perfect location for visiting the Van Gogh Museum. A bit far from the city center, but very well served by public transport! Ideal for families! Plus, the staff is amazing! Especially the receptionist who speaks French; she's the person I recommend on this site. She's lovely and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend it!

Good location, very warm welcome, clean and well-renovated rooms.

A unique opportunity to stay in architectural heritage (the Cube houses by Piet Blom). Blaak is the perfect starting point to discover Rotterdam. Everything is brand new after a thorough renovation. A welcoming address for everyone

Breakfast was good value for money. The room was far too small – even for a hostel! Unfortunately, there was no place to store a bicycle.

An unforgettable experience at the newly renovated Stayokay in Rotterdam. We were welcomed so hospitably and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fruit and coffee in the room and a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!!!!

The hostel is very interesting and worth seeing. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the facility isn't very clean, and Rotterdam as a whole isn't very clean. There are cigarette butts and trash everywhere.
