Everything was perfect! Find Mr. Merdiyan (the guard 😂) and Mr. Elhan at the reception, they'll take care of everything for you, but be careful, Merdiyan charges a commission 😂 And the location is beyond perfect! There's no elevator, so keep that in mind.

A beautiful hotel in a very central location in the old town. The reception is staffed 24/7. Modern, clean rooms.

I stayed for one night. It was very clean.

We stayed at your establishment as a group of five from December 28th to 30th. On the first night, we occupied rooms 20 and 22. From the very first night, we discovered that the bed and room 20 were infested with bedbugs. Despite this serious problem, it wasn't until the second night that we were offered a room change. We were told that the hotel had been disinfected, however, it is clear that room 20 was overlooked. I personally suffered bites all over my body from these insects, which caused me significant discomfort and considerable distress. Furthermore, the housekeeping was inadequate, and the towels were not changed during our stay. Given the seriousness of the situation, this establishment is far from deserving of a 3-star rating, and I sincerely question its classification. I hereby request a refund for our stay and look forward to your prompt reply. Sincerely, Orhan METE
