We spent a week here, and I absolutely LOVED it. Most importantly, we haven't even met anyone, everything went online, and we just loved it that we didn't have any human interact. The view from the rooftop was amazing, the apartment is actually in the middle of the city, so we had a great week to discover Stavanger. We'll come back, that's for sure ❤️
My husband and I stayed in May for four nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious and interestingly designed (the bedroom and bathroom were in the lowered part of the apartment). The kitchen had all the necessary accessories for preparing breakfast and more. Comfortable chairs, an armchair, a lamp, and the bed… WONDERFUL! Nice bedding, comfortable pillows. 😍 The bedroom also had a wardrobe and mirror, blinds on the windows, and bedside tables with lighting – so everything was as it should be. 👍 In addition to the basic sanitary ware, the bathroom also had a washing machine, hand soap, and shower gel. If you run out of toilet paper, just let the owner know and they'll bring you a roll the next day. The ONLY thing that was really missing were towel hooks in the bathroom (I don't know why, but most places I live in the world always lack them). There's a coat rack in the bedroom, sturdy and with plenty of space, but we took up all of it with jackets and sweatshirts – you could put your outerwear in the closet and have free towel racks, but it would have been more convenient to have them in the bathroom. The location was also perfect for us. Everything was close by, and there was a delicious pizzeria right below us, and a 7-eleven next door. You can also go out onto the building's roof/terrace and admire the beautiful city panorama. I recommend it at sunset. 🙂 I'd love to go back there again; I highly recommend it.
Amazing apartment right in the centre of Stavanager, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bakery/cafe, 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes to the shops/bars/restaurants/cathedral. Apartment was huge - 2 bedrooms, large kirchen/dining/living area with patio doors that opened. Bedroom also had patio doors and was spacious. Easy self-check in and check out. Excellent value for money - would highly recommend! Amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views across the city too.
The final room is fine. Very misleading. We booked the room and found out the pictures of the room were not what we paid for. The man on the phone was not very helpful, he was not understanding until we threatened to make a bad review. The gave us room 202 which is an absolute shocker, small rooms and tiny apartment with beds pushed up to the walls. This is compared to the photos of the rooms being spacious, modern and on the top floor with sunlights. We are disappointed how hard we had to work in order to get room 304 which was much nice and what we should have been given in the first place. Beware!!
Great apartment. Sometimes it smells of spices from a nearby restaurant.
