We had been warned in advance about the poor sound insulation via the reviews. Unfortunately, that turned out to be true. Despite this, we slept reasonably well. However, I find it strange that a premium room (102) is on the loudest side. The curtains also let in a lot of light. The breakfast selection was rather average for a 4* hotel, but the quality was very good. The location is good for a stopover as the bus, tram, and train station are nearby. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. No complaints about the staff; everyone was super friendly.

Excellent location, adjacent to the train station and 5 minutes from Porta Alta. Very nice, clean rooms equipped with every comfort. The staff is very friendly. There's also a small gym with everything you need and an on-site restaurant. Highly recommended!!

Due to the heat, the Polish State Railways (PKP) canceled my train. The hotel—you won't believe what they said—"please come Bla Bla car..."—they wouldn't even agree to a voucher for a later arrival. In other words, I don't recommend booking. If you want to sleep here, make sure you don't book!

Great location, very friendly service upon check-in and check-out, nice high-ceilinged room with a comfortable bed. And it was a really great price when we booked.

The rooms are ok, but I suggest de-stone the hotel, the service is average, especially in the restaurant, no interest in the customer, with this approach it will lose its reputation

It was a hotel that was satisfactory in every way. The advantages were that the food was delicious, all the staff were friendly, and it is close to the Old Town, so you can get around on foot. It was nice to be able to stay in a historic building. If I visit again, I would like to stay here again. However, please note that if you are sensitive to noise, it can be noisy when cars or motorcycles with loud exhaust fumes pass by on the main road.
