Hotel Pollera

Not the most modern hotel, but you can not find a hotel with a better location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Exellent breakfest.

Historic hotel very close to the historic center, easily accessible on foot. The common areas were clean and beautiful, and our room, number 122, was also very nice. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and savory options, and very good. I highly recommend it, and if I were to return to Krakow, I would stay here again!

Located mere minutes from all you want to see in Old Town. Spacious and comfortable room, and the rustic building was charming. Aneta from the reception desk was incredibly helpful to us, going above and beyond for our requests and making our stay memorable!

We only stayed here for one night and didn't include breakfast, but the room was very nice (though small). The staff was also very friendly. A beautiful small hotel in the historic center, close to the train station.

We really loved our stay at Pollera for 4 nights. Everything was pleasant and the hotel had a welcoming, luxury meets “home from home” vibe. We specifically wanted to choose a hotel which combined the traditional professionalism and overall experience which is offered by traditional and long established hotels (in the way less established hotels cannot match) and we definitely made the right choice. This place is a beautiful gem; it is timeless. We found everyone we came across who worked there warm and pleasant. There was an inviting atmosphere. It really ticked all the boxes – beautiful historic architectural design woven into the history of Krakow, warm décor which matched the quality vibe, spacious areas considering the central location. We loved our room (a deluxe double room). The living space was separated by sliding door if needed, with a large sofa in the second area – this was very useful for us practically. The room was beautiful, airy and clean, with interesting nooks and crannies to put stuff in. We did not mind the slightly dated décor – which in our opinion is SO much more pleasant than a clinical design. The bathroom also was large and clean, with a lovely light décor. My partner loved the bath, and for me, the power shower (each had separate spaces). We could also open the double layered windows in the bedroom or put the air con on - it was a totally intuitive and relaxing space. Even though our room overlooked a small square, it was not noisy. Finally, we should say that the breakfast was simply delicious and we always looked forward to it. There was no crowding, very relaxed and calm, and pleasant places to choose to sit. We chose to be by the lovely stained glass window. The music at the perfect noise level (not too loud but nicely uplifting). The décor was lovely - a rustic authentic country sort of style (traditional architectural features such as the large stove, stained glass, cast iron light fixtures and accents, golden/ warm lighting, dark wood furniture, light walls). The food buffet/ serving area was well laid out and just tucked into a room at the end of the seating area, which meant the overall ambience of the eating experience was just right (so many hotels don’t care about this kind of thing anymore but it all makes a difference). There were delicious hot food options which changed slightly every day, as well as an array of freshly made salad options and pastries/ breads, fresh juice and water etc. The coffee machine was good - however just one thing to note is that my partner has milk alternative (e.g. oat or soya) but there was no option for this. However, since everything else was great, we would be happy to bring our own next time. We easily arranged a taxi back to the airport with reception with ease. Our stay was so enjoyable and we will definitely be back, thank you!

A beautiful, well-kept, clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfasts; everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious.
