What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise HAH Poznań for its great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good music, with some highlighting specific bartenders and the venue's spaciousness. However, a significant and recurring complaint concerns the security staff at the entrance, who are described as rude, making fun of patrons, and using excessive force, undermining the venue's claimed LGBT-friendly status. Some also mention issues with payment methods and prices.

I honestly don't recommend Club Hah because the security staff is inappropriate, failing to understand what is unacceptable to the patrons who frequent it. Furthermore, they use excessive force and simply refuse to listen to patrons who aren't disrupting public order.

You can come back to this weekend and every weekend the vibe is better... I seriously recommend it because it's super nice...

1. The club is really cool, the worst thing about it is the security at the entrance, who literally makes fun of LGBT people, who mainly come here to party. Meeting such people at the entrance makes you simply not want to go in. There are insults, insults, mockery, it's just a tragedy, and the same thing happens again when you leave... unfortunately, it's a complete failure. I recommend changing your "security" company. 2. No card payment option? It wasn't 2000 that this wasn't possible in any establishment. 3. Forget about receipts for anything and check the credit card balance when you pay. Other than that - a cool place, definitely a must-see for everyone, not just LGBT+ people. Edit: Six months after sending a lengthy message detailing the situation - no response. I know nothing has changed; my friends were there last Saturday and the same thing happened to them.
