The staff was polite, my roommates were calm, and the property itself was kept clean and in the best possible location in Wrocław.

There are too few showers for the number of rooms on a given floor.

Avoid this hostel at all costs. If you're considering booking a stay here, don't. The staff moved some of my personal belongings without my consent while I was away for the day. I had a 5-night reservation in a female dorm. On the second-to-last day of my stay, I received an email asking me to check in again for my final night, with absolutely no explanation. When I called, I was told they were moving me to a different room because the hostel was overbooked and they had an error in their system. They even presented it as a favor, telling me it was supposedly a better room and they weren't charging me extra for it — despite the fact that I had never requested any room change. And the room was actually worse with very uncomfortable mattress and a lot of noise. This is such a disappointment. I was informed at 9:30 a.m. that I needed to move by 11:00 a.m. Since I was already out for the day, I was told not to worry and that my belongings would remain untouched in the room until I returned and could switch room. When I came back at around 3:30 p.m., I discovered that some of my personal belongings, which I had left outside my locker (nothing of value but still), were gone. There had been no other guests in the dorm before I left. When I went downstairs to ask what had happened, I was told that they had moved my belongings and stored them in a plastic bag in another room. This is incredibly unprofessional. You do not handle a guest's personal belongings (even something not valuable) without their explicit consent — and I never gave mine. The only response I received was a "sorry for the inconvenience" explanation, no compensation, no gesture of goodwill. I have stayed in many hostels and have never experienced anything like this. This is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hostel if you have any other option. Some clarifications after the response, everything is factual and I'm not modifying things: I never said my locker had been opened or touched by staff. I was indeed warned in advance (9:30am for 11am so an hour and a half before, very short in my opinion). However personal belongings that were in the room had been in the same place for the past 4 nights and where never touched either by staff or customers so I don't see why you needed to move them this time around. Plus, what I regret the most is that nobody told me my things were going to be moved (which again you never touch personal belongings no matter the situation). I was the one asking for them cause I saw them missing when coming back. Indeed the other nights spend in the dorm were great and I'm was really unpleased to be moved from a nice dorm to a not so great room. All could have been avoided with earlier communication on your part.

We had a room for just two people on the second floor. There was no air conditioning and it was incredibly hot. The separate single beds weren't beds at all, but rather sofas that were harder than the floor. There was no way to darken the room, so you'd wake up at 5:00 AM. The room was the worst I've ever seen in my life.

Amazing location! Perfect hostel right on the Main Market Square in Wrocław. It's clean, cozy, and the staff is very friendly. Our window looked out over the city center, and the view was stunning! We stayed at the hostel with a group of kids in May. We loved everything about it. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. The bathrooms were comfortable (I expected shared showers separated by curtains, but what a pleasant surprise! The bathrooms were just like in a hotel, with a separate room with a shower, toilet, and sink with a large mirror). I also recommend the breakfasts, which are served in a beautiful room with a heavenly view of the Wrocław Market Square. The breakfasts are delicious and fresh, perfect before exploring the city. The location is the icing on the cake... you couldn't get any closer to the market square. I'll just add that the kitchen, which you can use, is equipped with literally everything you need for cooking. And the staff were smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Wrocław. Greetings from Zakopane.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. We spent three days here during a school trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and served buffet-style, ensuring everyone could find something to eat. Another major advantage was the spacious kitchenette, which fully met our needs and allowed us to prepare our own meals. This place is definitely worth recommending—we will definitely be back in the near future.
