Lisbon’s gay sauna, in the Bairro Alto, has a relaxed vibe that’s popular with locals after work and with visitors late into the weekend. Sundays are particularly busy; it’s a good place to meet people.
The place is modern and well-kept. You’ll find a traditional sauna, a steam room, and lounges where you can relax and get online. There’s also a dark room for more intimate encounters.
They provide the essentials: towels, lockers, flip-flops, condoms, and lube. You don’t need to bring much.
Gay saunas in Lisbon are generally welcoming, places where LGBTQ+ travelers can unwind and connect without judgment. This one fits right in, whether you’re there for an afternoon or an evening out. Its location in Bairro Alto means you’re already in an area known for its queer-friendly nightlife, so it's easy to explore before or after.

Be careful with infections here. Situation with them is bad in the city and especially in places like this.
I have been visiting Lisboa and Trombetta for years as I Iiked this city and your sauna … but today ,June 07 ,2026 around 13:00 , when I tried to enter with another friend , we were stopped for security check of liquid and food inside our bags , me and my friend had a half bottle in each bag of ours due to hot weather , of course we did not get in ,.I guess it deals more with profit rather than security reason as I have never been asked to do so in this sauna ,so I told the security guy we were actually hungry and could eat our lunches here , but still a firm No , so we went out and ate the lunches and drank the half bottle of water , when we went back , he checked even more carefully but found nothing , when I was about to pay , I said to him ‘ we could have had our food here and your guys could make more money “ somehow some part of expression pulled the trigger and he started to raise his voice saying in a menacing way ,” I work here and you don’t like it, you go ! ‘ how abruptly rude !!!guess he ( probably straight ) thinks his sexual orientation is somewhat superior to all the clients ‘ so he can abuse his poor door-man ‘s right whenever he wants …..I told him he should go to hospital and stay there for a serious mental health check … he was visibly angry , coming up totally confrontational, even starting to pushed me ! ! And saying I will end up going to police ( for entering a gay bath house and drinking water ? LOL ) I simply told him to call the police, doing him and me αnd sauna’s a favor while waiting for policemen .he dared not at all and started to call names in Portuguese but I am not some sort of sissy type as he thought I should be !! ! We made a hell of scene at the door and they were so afraid they even closed the door….The management of your sauna should look into this matter , me , I will tell all my friends about what happened.today with this huge ego little door man from Lisbon! .
It was nice
Modern and very well organized place. Hottest guys I ever met. Especially big thanks to Venancio for his professional massage service
Really nice space, the staff is very friendly, and I felt super welcome there. Best gay sauna in Lisbon!!
