Had a very positive experience overall, but one particular thing made me uncomfortable. I went on my 28th birthday with my boyfriend. We had massages, a facial treatment and used the private suite after what was a super relaxing experience. All the front desk workers were sooo kind, but the lady who did my treatment, after finishing asked me about my skincare routine, I told her and she answered that I should continue with what I was doing but add an eye serum to “prevent these wrinkles from getting bigger”. I am a young woman who, as all of us, grew up learning to fear aging, I am 28 now, had health surgeries that affected my face and how I look, invested loads in my mental health to love myself, never seen any wrinkles till that day (my birthday), but found myself for the past week having a bad time facing myself in the mirror. I decided to give this review after noticing myself trying to better see these wrinkles while showering and getting in a bad mood after. Serenity offered me a very special experience and a very relaxing day, but I truly believe a better guidance to the workers about how kindly recommending the products they sell could avoid that beautiful relaxing days like mine would turn into an insecurity.

Carolina was amazing! Definitely a top tier service with a masseuse that is client centered and intentional.
This spot is amazing. The people that work there are all wonderful. I had a facial and a massage by Liliana. The facial was relaxing, refreshing and really did my skin a world of good. The massage consisted of deep tissue and stretching and was fabulous. My neck hasn't turned this well in a while. If I lived closer, I would be here every week. The person I was with also had a massage by Emilie. She also said it was fabulous. The whole place is so incredibly well trained thank you all for making us feel so good.
I had an awesome prenatal massage with Liliana! Highly recommend her magic hands for a great massage!
