We had a lovely diner here. The food was delicious and the servers are very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend you get the basque cheesecake for dessert!!

This restaurant is such a hidden gem. The service, vibes and food were all great. I ordered the bread, mango shrimp appetizer and seabass entree. Everything was delicious!

Went here for a special occasion with my wife and our children. Really special place. You could tell right away by how the staff greeted us that this was going to be a good experience. Really nice setting, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. The starters and the main courses we’re brilliant, we tried most of the dishes except some of the seafood plates. The desserts was almost up there, they we’re good but the food was the stars of the evening. Decent wine selection, great cocktails. Thanks to the team at Alto for a lovely evening!

My friend and I had the ribeye steak and the Iberian pork. It was super tasty! We had to wait a little longer for our food, but the waiter came to apologize and the food was so good that it didn't bother us at all😊 The service was top-notch! Definitely recommended if you are in Porto.

Good evening, The food was fine, the main course tasty, the rest nothing special. What was a bit striking to us, however, is that we still had bites in our mouths, half a bottle of white wine, and were already being informed that the kitchen was about to close. That was unusual. It was 10:15 PM at that moment and our reservation was for 9:00 PM, so we had to wait until 9:15 PM until the table was cleared. During dessert, we were asked to pay immediately. The wine had to be finished quickly, and the music was already being turned off. All in all, a peculiar experience. If you want to come here for a quick bite, we highly recommend it. If you want to come for a nice meal, a relaxed evening, and delicious food, we would skip this one. Love from us. P.S. Do not order the chocolate dessert; it looks like a Mona dessert and comes straight from the freezer!

It was my 1st time in Porto and I was taken to Alto for dinner. Absolutely incredible from start to finish! The food was outstanding, and the mango shrimp was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a few new dishes, and every single one was packed with amazing flavour and beautifully prepared. To top it all off, the cheesecake completely blew my mind—it was hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Delicious food, fantastic flavours, and a wonderful dining experience. It’s an absolute must-try for anyone visiting Porto. I can’t wait to come back!

We came here our first night in Porto for a late dinner reservation (9:45). From the moment we walked in we were so amazed by the overall environment. The space is clean and beautifully decorated to create a unique atmosphere to dine in. The menu is small but that is because they do everything right! From the appetizers to the main course we were in heaven! We had the burrata salad with seasonal fruit and tuna tartare to start which were both phenomenal! For our entrees we had the Sea scallops over risotto and Seabass meal. We could not stop raving about it! After spending a few days in Lisbon this easily was our best and favorite meal we’ve had in Portugal.
