What reviewers say

Visitors often praise the hotel's tasteful decoration, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast served in a pleasant garden setting. However, some guests found certain rooms to be dark with poor lighting, lacking adequate plugs, and in one instance, a room without a window was considered too pricey for what it offered.

Great hotel. I was about to give a bad review, but the construction site across the street finished its work on time.

Nightmarish stay! There is no way this horrible place received a 5 star certificate without bribery, or political corruption. Avoid it at all costs! Probably the worst "hotel" - looks more like a large old house - we have ever stayed at, and we are avid world travelers! We rented 3 rooms. One was for our tour driver and the poor guy left the room and went to sleep in his van. It was that bad. Tiny, dusty, dark, uncomfortable bed. The other two rooms were slightly larger, but not much better. Dark, smelled like mold, dirty carpet. Paper thin walls, you hear other guests' footsteps, voices, using the bathroom, etc. We had COCKROACHES in one of the rooms!!! Photo attached. When we told the front desk, he said that he cannot do anything about it. Are you kidding me?! Terrible customer service! One room had a small balcony. You could see in the photos how awful the view is. Abandoned house about to crumble right in front of it. Graffiti everywhere, dirty road full of pot holes. Read more: - there is no parking. You park in the sketchy street, fearing for your car and luggage. - there is no restaurant. Only an unsanitary room where a grumpy lady places a couple of plates with salami and cheese that look old and attract plenty of flies that sit on them. If you wonder why the employees have such a poor customer service, just take a look at the extremely unprofessional and angry responses of the owner to other negative, but very accurate reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! In a civilized society, this place would be shut down and banned from operating. Translated into Romanian: A nightmare stay!
