Terrible service. Rude phone service, with a broken voice. I asked to switch to WhatsApp. "Very busy specialists" responded at half an hour, kept me waiting for three hours to clarify prices and terms, and eventually, they took the reservation with someone else. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I really enjoyed the Thai massage. Today I had a classic dry massage, which is done in pajamas. The therapist was amazing 👍 I couldn't resist taking a photo of her certificate. The massage was therapeutic! I could even feel it in my internal organs. For a truly wonderful experience, I recommend a course of at least 10 sessions!
The place is very nice!
I wished that I had a chance to enjoy the service and to comment accordingly. However, booking an appointment day earlier wasn't an easy bite for me, as the reception communicates in the Russian language only. I managed the reservation and went 20 minutes in advance. Firstly, it was challenging to locate the sign board as it is the backside of the building. Secondly, standing at the entrance for 15 minutes in raining and cold, explaining that I have an appointment for Hammam. But, unfortunately, the response was in the Russian language, and of course, I couldn't understand anything. Consequently, I gave up and returned disappointed.
A very cozy and clean place. We stayed with the kids at the "Korabl" (Ship) and really enjoyed it. The pool is warm, quite spacious, but deep (up to the neck for an adult 170 cm tall). There's a geyser (you have to ask the administrator to turn it on) and a wave comes out. The steam room is excellent. The "Egypt" room has a tiny jacuzzi and an excellent hamam - 5-star steam. We ordered dinner there - the food, frankly, isn't the best for the prices. The country-style potatoes and French fries are excellent, but the pork shashlik is very greasy, and the chicken in creamy mushroom sauce (breast) is an acquired taste - a bit bland and rubbery for me. But, not about the food, but about the experience - I really liked it. A warm atmosphere in interesting interiors. The price is average for the city.
