Great location, no noise from Arbat. I had trouble finding my way around at first, but the staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean. I booked in advance, and the price was reasonable. There's a not-so-friendly cat, and the room itself is decent; it was busy with work, so I couldn't find any negatives. A good hotel for those who appreciate quiet privacy without unnecessary frills. The apartments are great value for money.

This hotel isn't a hotel or a motel, but rather apartments. There are definitely no stars, not a single one. That's what the sign at the entrance says. The rooms actually vary; I personally saw two, and the descriptions say there are more options. 2x3 meters and a shower/toilet or a toilet with a shower (whichever you prefer) 1x1m. I said three in one: a one-hand sink, a toilet against the wall, and a shower drain right in the floor. You can shower while sitting on the toilet 😄. But everything works properly. There's no air conditioning. Slippers cost a hundred rubles a pair. The only saving grace is a good bed with clean linens, a black cat named Mars, and the proximity to Arbat (50 meters). Breakfast is brought right to your room, and I didn't even have room to put my tray. It was on the bed. Breakfast is an acquired taste, but you can choose. The main advantage is a good night's sleep and the central location. People take advantage of that. A message to the owner: invest in repairing the floors and updating the rooms.

I liked everything. The rooms are modest, small, but without any major drawbacks. The main thing is that it's clean, and there's a shared kitchen and tea. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room on arrival and after checkout, allowing you to travel light.

I always thought it didn't matter where you slept, but it's true. It's unpleasant to even be here. I don't want to write a huge, angry review, but after what we saw, we decided not to stay there and found another place. It looks okay in the photos, but in person, I can't imagine how anyone could lie down in bed or take a shower here; I don't even want to touch anything. It's just crap...

It's a decent hotel. The service was good, we slept soundly. Everything you need is there, thanks to the owner for the warm welcome.

We booked and paid for a stay on February 13, 2024, for March 8, 2024. We left St. Petersburg on the Sapsan train in the morning, and a couple of hours before check-in, they called and said, "Your room isn't available, we're moving you to our other hotel, City Comfort" (supposedly something had happened there and it was closed for renovations). What a gift the hotel gave us for the holiday. We came for a performance at the theater and to spend the night in normal conditions. Not only was the location a bit further than we needed, but that's okay, when we arrived, we were given a room in the staff's closet. If you've never lived in a birdhouse, come here and make your dream come true. 😊 An attic room with a terrible sewer smell, the laundry, cleaning room, and kitchen are behind a cardboard wall, and climbing the steep stairs is impossible if you're tall or large. It's stuffy in this room, like in a sauna, except they don't provide a bath. When we asked if we could return our room or change it, we couldn't answer. The treatment of guests is terrible, and you feel cheated out of your own money. We also discovered cockroaches this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️. This was the worst room and hotel I've ever been to, not counting Abkhazia (but you realize there it's 90s-level and won't be any worse), which on check-in day says either this room or sleep outside, since it's a holiday and all the rooms are sold out 😳. And here, the promise and the picture are all one, but in reality, it's terrifying—you can't stand up straight because your head hits the ceiling and you're afraid you'll hit it. 😭😭😭😭

I recommend this hotel for those looking to save money while staying in a convenient location. It has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. A cute cat is a bonus. Not suitable for allergy sufferers or those who don't like cats.
