We stayed on November 3, 2025. The room was clean. The bathroom was impeccable. The fixtures were of good quality. Safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, and TV were included. Wi-Fi was available in the room. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows. The continental breakfast was better than many of its more renowned competitors in its category. The metro and public transportation stops were nearby. A shopping center, various Chizhik/Pyaterochka restaurants, and wine labs/Aromatic World (for wine connoisseurs) were all within walking distance. A very decent food mall (with cuisines from many countries) was also nearby, sharing the same roof with a small but interesting food market. Free public parking is available, where it's easy to find a space, a rarity in Moscow. And most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Oksana, the administrator! The location rating is biased, as I really love this clean, cozy residential area.

I'd like to wish you some manners and good manners. When someone calls you from a foreign country like Belarus, don't pick up and hang up immediately.

We stayed at this hotel from March 15 to March 22, 2025. We loved everything. The hotel is small, but cozy and clean. The staff is kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. The breakfasts were delicious in the morning. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. And if we come to Moscow again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

It's very cold in the beauty salon, where the heating doesn't work even in winter!!! And it hasn't worked for many years!!!

I'll start my story with the very strange deposit system for the bar—2,000 rubles, or a passport or driver's license (which is prohibited by law). The room seemed nice at first, but then we discovered strange stains on the carpet and bed linen. The service was rude. The receptionist was incompetent. The hotel advertises itself as open 24/7, but when we arrived at night, we found the door locked. We rang the bell several times, but no one answered. I called the room, thankfully, and the receptionist woke up and, with a disgruntled expression like "Why did you wake me up?", opened the door 10 minutes later (it was 12 outside). At 7 a.m., the receptionist had to leave, but again the door was locked from the inside. Another call from the receptionist. The same story again, but at the end, they added: "By the way, you're never staying here again, you're blacklisted." Yes, I'm blacklisted for leaving the room. I simply won't tolerate such treatment.
