A very good experience at this hotel. It could use a little maintenance, but in the end, you know what you're paying for. Everything is super clean and the food is delicious. The service and attention were outstanding. Thanks to the bar staff: Marga, Nieves, Alberto, César, Rosi, and everyone else—great professionals who help you with everything and always have a smile on their face. The entertainment team also makes every day unique. Special mention to our dear Dani; thank you for sharing your philosophy of life and for the enthusiasm you put into everything you do. Keep it up, team! We'll be back to visit you. (Santander)

I loved our room 1117. Great views 5* and a relaxing atmosphere during the day. I would highly recommend this room and hotel. Food was good. Coffee is great. Double espresso. Clean and friendly.

The rooms weren’t the best but Liveable. We had all inclusive and the food was Pretty good but other times it wasn’t so it differed a lot. On the last 2 days of our stay we were beginning to be declined drinks from the bar which we felt was unfair as we were ALL inclusive. What made everything worse was the conditions of the snack bar, I went 2 times as I normally ate at lunch or dinner. The first time the bread was stale and wasn’t good and the last time I went there was FOOD Flys in the carrot and around the area. Me and other people did notice that the staff seemed to ignore the issue for a while even after it was pointed out to him. By the amount which was there it was clear it wasn’t stored well and had been there for some time. This was very disappointing and gross. Overall the hotel is nice but could do with some fixing such as my door which was missing a peice of it and my friends room which had the lamp detaching from the wall. The staff was a completely mix with some being absolutely angels and others being very rude and Horrible. Location wise it’s perfect with it being near the strip and having a good view if you have a good room. Hope the my review helped :) And to the Hotel, I do hope you take in this feed back and improve your establishment!

Currently stayed here at Sol Tenerife and I have no words for it you have one plug socket in your room you have to pay to get an extension lead to charge your phones . Me and my partner went through about 10 key cards for our rooms as every day they wouldn’t work . When getting your room cleaned here it means one thing new towels and make the bed no clean bedding I was left with stains on our bed and Random bits all over the floor . If your wrist band falls off u have to pay for a new one which is just scandalous behavior . You’re not allowed any kind of ball or inflatable in the pool . When u put your towel down in the morning and go for some breakfast the towel police as we like to call them take your towels off the bed and let other people have them they expect u to be glued to your sunbed all day oh and not to mention that you have tokens for your cups so you will get given a token each person to give in a morning u have to look after your cup all day and give the cups back at the end of the day to get your tokens if u loose your cup you have to pay for a new one my partner payed just over 1500 for a week all inclusive to be ruled we came to come on holiday to relax and have a good time if u have booked the holiday good luck if you haven’t don’t bother your wasting your money

One of the best trips of our lives, super friendly treatment and first-class attention, they try to make the stay easier, incredible group of people, first-rate buffet, if we had to highlight something bad it would be the deterioration of the facilities, but nothing out of the ordinary.

An incredible trip that would have been even worse without the wonderful team at this hotel. We didn't encounter a single unfriendly face, a single rude gesture, nothing. Kindness and warmth were evident in every aspect. They made us feel more at home than ever before, we made new friends, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The experience we took away from this trip is truly wonderful. 100% recommended if you want to have fun and unwind for a few days. We played water polo and water volleyball (of course, the Spanish team won!) and had a blast. A huge thank you to everyone who made this trip possible: Dani, Alber, Yaiza, Marga, César, Ray, Andrey, and all the other waiters, security guards, receptionists, lifeguards, and hotel staff whose names I can't recall. Thank you!!!
