Sol Tenerife

This hotel has something truly unique: its staff! From beginning to end, we felt right at home with everyone. The entertainment team includes an exceptional individual like Dani, who is the heart of the hotel. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us! His brother Alberto is another fantastic guy! We made two friends! The security staff were all incredibly friendly, and everyone at the bar treated us wonderfully. Marga, you're the best! Yaizina, please forgive us for all the nagging we gave you; you're a star! The restaurant staff was just as wonderful, especially César—you're a genius! We'll definitely be back to see you all!

Stayed here for 5 nights in May and although there are a few negatives, nothing serious enough to cause upset or ruin our holiday. Worth noting that due to its proximity to the Veronicas strip, it does get rowdy at times and I probably wouldn't choose to bring children here. However. The rooms are a little dated and lacking plug sockets. And you can hear everything from nextdoor whilst in the bathroom. If you're unlucky enough to have a room facing the Veronica's strip, you'll need a few extra nightcaps if you want to sleep. Our balcony views were gorgeous though. My only real disappointment was the sunbeds. They need to be policed throughout the day. People were claiming their sunbeds with towels etc first thing in the morning, going out for the day and not using them. So the rest of us had to scramble when one became free. The pool security guy should monitor this instead of balls in the pool. The hotel is ideally situated though. Sun in the pool areas all day long and the back gate takes you onto the seafront path. So super easy to get to the other restaurants, shops or onto the beach. The food in the hotel was honestly fantastic. Compared to the many other all inclusive buffets I've experienced over the years this was exceptional. A huge range of freshly prepared foods every meal time. I was very impressed. There was evening entertainment most nights and all of the staff we spoke to were lovely too. The surrounding areas have plenty to see and do but there's loads of bars and nightclubs right outside so isn't quiet at night. So, some points for consideration before choosing this hotel but I'd happily stay there again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay with my mother, where we also celebrated our birthdays. I want to especially highlight Macu, an exceptional professional who made us feel at home from day one. Her friendliness, positive energy, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. She always had a smile and took the time to check on us, something you don't find in every hotel. I also want to acknowledge Ana for her extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and respect. She was always attentive to ensure everything was perfect, anticipating our needs and making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Both Macu and Ana represent excellence in customer service and are one of the main reasons we want to return. Thanks also to María, Dani, and the entertainment team, especially Noemí. Congratulations to the quality department for creating such a friendly and professional team. We will definitely be back.

The hotel's location is simply incredible. The views from the room are amazing too. However, throughout our entire stay, we constantly had issues with the room keys and the door. The door would sometimes open on its own in the middle of the night. The TV wasn't working, so we had to go to the front desk to ask for help. The breakfast food was also mediocre. However, the staff was very polite.

Great location, steps from the beaches, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Professional, welcoming staff, and everyone always smiling... 11 days spent wonderfully... we felt right at home, this is Tenerife 🌴☀️❤️🌴

Great location.

I have a lot to say about this hotel, most of them are bad things. The location is very good, clean and very respectfull staff. The food is not too much but it is enough for breakfast or dinner (the option i chose). Fruits - all of them have the same taste (watermelon, ananas, grape, orange, same taste - disgusting), the meat is very good, i can't complain. Room... very old, only one socket to charge the phone and it is far from bed. They can give you an option to pay €10 for extenstion. There were two single bed instead of a double, they were always moving, creating a gap between. Noise, very very noisy. I'm not talking about the drunk people runing and singing/yelling, i'm talking about music from outside. The pools are very small, only few umbrelas, a lot of sunbeds but people are really selfish, from the morning they leave their towels there and go fo hours, there is no control on this. Towels. You must pay €10 deposit for towel, returnable, but if you want to change the dirty towel, you have to pay €1 everytime.

Terrible! They advertise private parking, but when you arrive, there's no parking because people just drive in and park there. It's such a big hotel with so few sunbeds; people just lay down their towels and leave. I asked the lifeguard to find us two sunbeds, and he told me I had to keep an eye on them and take the towels from anyone who wasn't using them, which could cause a problem. We asked him to find us an umbrella, and he said we had to find it ourselves. In short, awful, really awful. The guy sitting in a chair with his phone and my music playing—unbelievable! We won't be back, and we don't recommend it. Besides, the tourists were shouting non-stop in those towers. Honestly, a disaster.
