The Night Owl Tenerife

Came from Scotland to see Shelley singing and have some food. Loved it

A nice enough bar (has bar food early on apparently) playing a lot of 60's, 70's, Motown and Northern Soul. Drinks are on the expensive side, but the entertainment makes up for it. A couple of adequate singers on when we went, but the disco DJ played the best stuff. Unfortunately too much Northern Soul music played later in the evening, so we moved on.

The PA isnt very good he was only offering tables upstairs in the heat I nearly passed out it was that hot it wasn't until I went to pay my bill and go to the toilet I realised there was a massive downstairs with air conditioning there there was 2 other people sat there. On hot days like that the PA should be saying theres a down stairs with air con, not everyone likes to be sat out in the sun especially on hot days. The down stairs is massive as well as a little outside seating area please tell your PA to promote down stairs as you will lose alot of custom if people dont know about downstairs

The night owl is an amazing bar!! The first night me and my family went there was such a fun night full of good tunes and dancing that we went back there every night after the whole time that we were in Tenerife. The owners are incredibly lovely people and are running the bar to a high standard. I also had a delicious breakfast meal which really hit the spot! Will definitely be going back ever time I’m in Tenerife!!

Great bar with lovely staff, brilliant music.

Been here few times. Last year different seating and bar set up which I thought was better. Now if u get a seat you can't see the show because everyone just stands in front of you. Been turned away tonight at 7:45pm due to tickets only ( how do you know it's tickets only?) owner repeats on the dj microphone to PLEASE TAKE YOUR GLASSES BACK OTHERWISE THE MINIMUM STAFF HE EMPLOYS HAS TO COLLECT THEM AND NOT SERVE YOU AT THE BAR. me personally I always take my glass back but come on. Would go back but as a unique bar in a beautiful place it's falling short the way it's being run. Very disappointed compared to our experience last year. Currently 2026
