If u want to enjoy the best come here to H10 gran tinerfe hotel at Costa Adeje. It’s an adult only hotel that caters for all ages. Reception staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, the waiters are wonderful always happy and smiling. The food in the restaurant is incredible, you’ll never go hungry! Entertainment daytime and evening is incredible. Fun events during the day and each night the various acts will have you singing and dancing the night away. Bar staff are amazing at delivering your drinks orders professionally, speedily and with lots of smiles. There are beautiful pools to enjoy too. I can’t fault this hotel which is why my sister and I have come here 6 times, so that speaks for itself. I’m sure once you’ve been you, like me, and so many others here, will return time and time again.

The hotel is very nice and ideally situated. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The entertainment is great and the entertainment team are great too. If there is anything at all that needs improving I would say the rooms could do with a bit of an update. We stayed in a superior sea view room….the view was beautiful.

We recently stayed at the H10 Gran Tinerfe and overall had an enjoyable holiday, but there were a number of issues that meant it didn’t fully meet the premium standard we were expecting. The location is excellent, with direct access to the seafront promenade and fantastic views. The adults-only setting is relaxing and the grounds are well maintained. However, we were disappointed to discover ongoing construction work on upper floors during our stay, which was not communicated at check-in. The noise was at times very loud and disruptive, and guests should be informed in advance. Food was mixed. Breakfast in the Los Menceyes buffet was very good with plenty of variety, but lunch was more limited, so we often used El Mirador Brasserie instead, which offered much higher quality despite a smaller menu. The speciality restaurants, Asensen Food & Experience and Il Gran Cuore, were both excellent and real highlights of the stay. Around the pool, the Drago Snack Bar was often busy with long queues, and one disappointing moment was being refused a snack despite service still being open, which felt inconsistent for an all-inclusive hotel. The lobby bar is another missed opportunity, opening only from 5pm despite offering some of the most comfortable seating in the hotel. Even simple daytime tea and coffee service would improve this. In the evenings it becomes very busy, especially as the Sunset Chill-Out Bar was not open, leading to slow service. The mini bar service has also changed since previous visits and is now only provided once at the start of the stay, with no restocking. Water is also charged extra, which feels excessive given tap water is not suitable for drinking. Staff were generally friendly and hardworking, but enforcement of hotel rules (such as smoking areas) was inconsistent. The €20 per towel deposit also feels high for this standard of hotel. On a very positive note, the hotel went above and beyond for our celebrations. We were staying for our 30th wedding anniversary and my birthday, and both were acknowledged with thoughtful room decorations, cava, chocolates, and a cake. These personal touches were genuinely appreciated. Overall, we had a good stay with some memorable highlights, but several operational issues and inconsistencies mean the hotel does not fully reflect the premium experience it promotes.
