Highly recommended. Six of us came to a training program at the Valencia Fair and chose this residence for its proximity to the Fair, its price (we each had a private room with a bathroom), and the good reviews it had… and we came back DEMAR. The residence is beautifully renovated and decorated; the rooms are simple but super clean and comfortable, and the common areas are a 10. And Mari, the manager we met at the facility all week… a lovely person, with a smile on her face and eager to help all day long. If we go back to the Fair, we'll definitely come back to DEMAR. Thank you!

Sep 21-27, 2025 Stayed for 6 nights while traveling to a conference at the Valencia conference center. The property is located near Godella Station, making it very convenient for transportation. Reasonable price. The property is clean and located in a quiet area. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it daily if needed. The common area in the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The property has a kitchen for use, with a refrigerator in the kitchen divided into shelves for individual storage. Breakfast is provided. The hostess, although she doesn't speak English, is very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great, except the breakfast was very monotonous. Bread, ham, and cheese from Aldi, and something sweet. There wasn't even a tomato or cucumber during our entire stay. If it weren't for those breakfasts, it would have been really okay.

Really a wonderful place. Great aura, the best people working here, just good kind genuine people. Peaceful in general. Air con great, kitchen plenty of room,m and we'll equipped, fridge space for every room, breakfast light-ish but will get you started, beds comfortable, hot water always, lovely small courtyard, top class furnishings, plenty of food options in the small town, parking can be tricky but you'll find some, tram five minutes walk away, small supermarkets close, aldi 15 minutes away, lovely big church close, plenty of urban/edge of country walking close. Just a gem of a location and place, couldn't think of anywhere better if you wanted to be just outside the city but still close enough. Check-in check your mails, you'll get a code, then a room key box under the stairs. Staff there on Whatsapp always and up to early afternoon generally. Enjoy.

The worst of all, disgusting service, and then there was a stench that was unbelievable. Not recommended.
