The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The price is great. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment.

Great value for money. Spacious room and very friendly reception staff. It exceeded my expectations; I would stay at this hotel again.

The truth is, our stay was not at all what we expected. We encountered numerous defects and inconveniences in the house that did not match the description. Several bathrooms lacked doors or locks, completely eliminating privacy. Upon arrival, there was no electricity, and the accommodation smelled like recently finished construction; in fact, the overall impression was that the house was not yet fully completed (uninstalled bathroom doors, a strong smell of paint, a shower with a live electrical outlet inside, which is extremely dangerous), missing ceiling panels, a terrace floor and a garden drain inside one of the rooms, a sink that was unusable because the faucets hit the mirror, water leaking from the false ceiling in one of the downstairs bathrooms, and water dripping from the upstairs air conditioning unit onto the table. To top it all off, there was the water problem, which left us without hot water all Saturday morning and flooded one room, soaking all our suitcases. One of the upstairs showers was also unusable for the entire stay. To their credit, they came to fix the problem within three hours and told us to go to a bar where they would offer us drinks. However, when we went to the bar, they knew nothing about it, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Finally, as compensation for the inconvenience, they offered us free use of the jacuzzi, which was empty and unusable for the entire stay. Frankly, we are very disappointed with the experience and with what was actually advertised.

Scammers, I had a reservation and gave a month's notice with a doctor's note, and all they do is give me the runaround, they don't even offer to change the month by paying a percentage more, just give me the runaround, awful.

Very good for moving on to a stage, as we did.

It's a very quiet and clean place, and the staff are excellent, both at reception and in cleaning.
