Overall, the room was fine, but unfortunately, I found several small cockroaches scurrying around the room both days I was there. The shower curtain rod is pressure-mounted to the tiles and clearly wasn't secure because it suddenly fell and hit my boyfriend in the face.

The location is central. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. You can hear noise from the street and from inside the building. Check-out is at 12:00 PM, but someone from the staff has been waking guests up since 10:00 AM; we were woken up at 11:00 AM.
