Hostal Flamenco
Many visitors praise the unbeatable location right across from the beach and the affordable price for the area. However, common complaints include rooms being dirty, old, and not as advertised, with issues like noise, poor Wi-Fi, and disorganized staff also frequently mentioned.

Friendly and welcoming service
Our experience at this accommodation was very negative. The room lacked curtains, the bed was dirty, ventilation was insufficient, the temperature was very high, the wardrobe was infested with moths, and parts of the ceiling were peeling and damp. Furthermore, the pool is in a separate area and requires a purchase to access it, something that wasn't mentioned beforehand. The receptionist entered the room at the beginning of our stay without warning, and guests are required to leave the key every time they leave, which is excessive. The house rules are communicated abruptly, and the photos on the website don't reflect reality. We paid a price that doesn't reflect the quality offered. As a couple, we didn't feel welcome. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this establishment. We decided to leave upon arrival.
Lovely customer service from Rosa.
The hotel is great... but the pool only has two Balinese beds... And people leave their towels there and go off to eat all day, and they're allowed to... So only two people use it because part of the day it's empty with just one towel on it... I think that's awful... Anyway, I hope this is a constructive complaint because both days we were there, the same people occupied the beds, and the pool staff allowed it...
Terrible service. We ordered chicken fingers (€11) and there were only 5 of them. The rest were fries. There were four of us, and a pizza each came to €20 per person. A "waiter" with the words "STAFF" on his uniform came to the table every few minutes to check what food was left. I don't recommend this establishment at all; they laugh in your face regarding the quality/price ratio. Terrible.
