We booked for eight people for work. I called to make the reservation and check availability, asking if we could check out later for an extra fee. The man told me we could check out at 3:00 PM. Then he called me back at 1:00 PM asking why our things were still in the room. I told him we were working and were about to shower, and that we'd be out before 3:00 PM as he'd said. We arrived back at 2:30 PM to find our belongings haphazardly placed in garbage bags outside the room, and they wouldn't let us shower because the rooms were supposedly clean. To make matters worse, they started construction at 8:00 AM, making a terrible racket. If you know you're doing construction and we're there for work and staying late, at least let us know so we can find another hotel. It was unbelievable, and the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. I won't be going back and will warn my colleagues about this place.
The rooms were nothing like the photos. Access is through a Chinese restaurant, and anyone can walk right in. No one at reception attended to us; we had to call. As for the rooms, the beds were uncomfortable, one of the air conditioners wasn't working (it was freezing), the walls and furniture were generally neglected and peeling, and the bathroom was tiny. The best thing about it was the terrace, which overlooked the sea.
