Visitors frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good variety and quality of the food, especially for an all-inclusive. However, a common complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, and some reviewers also mention issues with the WiFi and the location being a walk from the beach.

Eden, in the Yumbo Center, is one of those gay bars that just feels easy. It's welcoming to locals and visitors alike.
The big draw is its terrace. It's spacious, good for people-watching, and a reliable spot to chat with other travelers or locals. The place hums with conversation, making it pretty simple to meet someone new on your Gran Canaria trip.
They pour standard drinks, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly comfortable with LGBTQ+ guests. You'll find a mix of regulars and tourists here, which keeps the atmosphere relaxed and inclusive. It’s a low-key way to dip into Gran Canaria's gay scene, whether you're after a chill evening or a more energetic night.
Since it’s right in the middle of Yumbo, Eden couldn't be better placed if you’re planning a night out. It’s the sort of place that gets better the more often you go, built on genuine hospitality and making everyone feel at home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I spent a short four-day holiday at Eden Hotel and I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. The food deserves special recognition – every day there was something different to choose from, including several types of meat, pasta dishes, appetizers, and fresh salads. For children, this hotel is a real paradise: cakes, cookies, fresh fruit, ice cream, and even the possibility to create and decorate their own desserts. The main swimming pool is a little small and can be quite lively and noisy at times, but for guests who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, this will not be a problem. I stayed in Swim-Up Apartment No. 11, which was an excellent choice. I had a beautiful ocean view and direct access to a small pool, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The evening entertainment was good. It may not be the most spectacular show program, but it provides enjoyable entertainment for guests. As I came mainly to rest and unwind, I appreciated the quieter areas of the resort more than the entertainment itself. The only downside for me was the location of the smoking area, which was situated between the recreational area and the route to the pool and restaurant. As a non-smoker, I found it slightly inconvenient to have to pass through that area. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all. In my opinion, the hotel's 3.5-star rating does not fully reflect its quality. I have stayed in hotels with higher star ratings that were not significantly better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria. Best regards! 🌴☀️😊
3 days behind me. So far so good. Good choice of dishes. I only miss whiskey in all inclusive menu. Rooms are clean but without AC. It's not a big problem because temperature is around 25⁰C . All the people are very nice. There is a shop hiper Dino near by.
The rooms are fine, the only downside is that there is no air conditioning. The food is varied and really very good for an all-inclusive. The location is very beautiful, however, to get to Puerto Rico it is a half-hour walk downhill. All in all, a great experience.
I'm here now with 2 children and it's really ok, the apartments are clean... which is nice, there's a shop downstairs, there's entertainment every evening and a disco for children, there's a swimming pool and a paddling pool for children... the food is very good, not many things for children in terms of slides etc. but I recommend it anyway, we had a nice time here... the service is very nice if anyone has
Our second time here, we returned because of the staff, the facilities, and the tranquility. They have superb service and customer care. This time, however, we left with a bad taste in our mouths. We had the misfortune of the external entertainment provider (actiiv company) not speaking Spanish. And he didn't ask the typical question of where the guests are currently staying? This happened on Canary Islands Day, when there are likely to be the most Canary Islanders at the resort. We spoke to him since we wanted to participate in the activity (both nights), and he did apologize for not speaking Spanish and mentioned that there are other colleagues who speak Spanish on two other days of the week. As an entertainment professional, I would have liked our colleague to have found an alternative way for us to participate in the activities. In this case, Quiiz. In any case, we're only leaving this review so it's recorded and can serve as a guide for improvement. We know these things can happen, and as happened to me at one point, not having an optimal level of English is a problem. We should look for alternatives, have Quiiz available on the computer in both languages, or offer the questions on paper with translations. Everything else was GREAT! They have a team that makes everything run smoothly, and we as customers want to come back and recommend them.
A lovely place to stay very clean entertainment great food day good varity
