Awful experience. The hotel is in reality a residence for students . Very noisy during the night with people shouting in the corridor at 1 am and 3 , 4 am . Cleaning service once every three days . Restaurant awful . Very poor choice and very rude personnel . I had paid for breakfast for six days , I was never on the breakfast list and every morning I had to go to the receptionist to show the receipt of the payment EVERY SINGLE DAY (6 over 6) The guy at the restaurant , despite having seen the issue the day before and been told it was their my stake , always refused to give me breakfast and obliged me to go the receptionist. Starting your day with an argument 6 days over 6 was really frustrating. I would NOT recommend this hotel .

The location of the hotel was perfect; just a short walk from the beach, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The room was very clean, and the best part was that the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, everything met our expectations and we experienced no issues at all. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked a stay at this establishment, and barely 30 minutes after confirming my reservation, I had to cancel it due to a significant family emergency, completely beyond my control. This cancellation occurred six days before my scheduled arrival date, which is well in advance. Despite this very generous notice period and the fact that my request followed the booking by only half an hour, the establishment refused any refund and showed absolutely no flexibility. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but to categorically refuse any concession in such a clear-cut situation, where there was objectively no harm to them since the room remained available six days before arrival, demonstrates a lack of common sense and empathy that is difficult to accept. This kind of rigidity, applied without any consideration for the personal circumstances of the guests, speaks volumes about the establishment's attitude. The quality of service isn't judged solely during your stay, but also by how you treat guests when a problem arises. I sincerely regret this experience and will think twice before booking here again. I do not recommend this hotel to those who expect even a modicum of understanding and respect in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
