The Boc Hostels - Palma

Excellent hotel in a great location with a wonderful welcome from Valentina. Very clean and functional, the showers and rooms were perfect!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, we stayed in a room for two, the room was clean, the bathrooms, toilets and common rooms were also good, the staff was nice, the accessibility from the center was also good, the evenings on the terrace were amazing! For a hostel, it's really great, we highly recommend it!💛

I don't quite know how to explain what happens at BCC Hostels Palma. I arrived thinking I'd find a place to sleep and left with the feeling of having been in a place that operates by different rules. There's a kind of strange calm, as if everyone knows something you haven't yet discovered. They left my suitcase without asking any questions, with a naturalness that's more surprising these days than it should be. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry. Everything happened with such spontaneous kindness that I ended up being suspicious... until I understood that's just how they were. It's curious. You can describe the building, the rooms too, but what really stays with you is something else. The small gestures. The short conversations. The feeling that someone is genuinely happy you're there. Maybe it's just a hostel. Or maybe not. There are places whose address you remember and others where you only remember how they made you feel. This one clearly belongs to the second category. I still think about it from time to time, and that hardly ever happens to me. 5 STARS!

From the moment you arrive, they make you feel right at home, with a kindness, warmth, and genuine warmth that's hard to find these days. I especially want to highlight the incredible generosity of the entire team. They let me leave my suitcase without any problem and were always ready to help with a sincere smile. You can tell they are wonderful, caring, attentive people who truly care about their guests. The atmosphere is fantastic, the facilities are luxurious for a hostel, and everything is meticulously maintained. The hospitality they offer goes far beyond expectations and makes the experience unforgettable. It's a pleasure to find such good and professional people. You can see the care they put into every detail, and that makes a huge difference. I recommend BCC Hostels Palma 1000%, and if I return to Palma, I have no doubt that I will stay here again. They charge 5€ to keep your bag in the deposit before the check in or after the check out. I had to do my laundry and it was 5€ to wash and 5€ to dry and it’s cash only. Staff was not very friendly.

The receptionists were very friendly, available 24/7, the bathrooms were great with cleaning staff constantly present, everything was very clean with daily room cleaning, and the shared kitchen was amazing. It's clearly a place for young people with good prices; it includes air conditioning, a terrace, and common areas. I would return if I had the chance.

I had an excellent experience at The Boc Hostel Palma. The facilities are very good, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There are no towels; you have to rent them for 6 euros each. In the morning, the cleaning staff start before 8 a.m. to clean the bathrooms with a broom, lifting shower drains, talking amongst themselves, and shouting as if they were cleaning a pigsty.
