OKU IBIZA

We went for a buffet lunch with family. Stunning entrance and pool area, which turned out to be a perfect chill area with lots of beds to laze on in the beautiful sunshine and ample shade also . Great entertainment from a guitarist really set the mood. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Food was plentiful, very well presented and delicious. We spent an excellent few hours there and will definitely go again when we return to the beautiful island of Ibiza ❤️

Two stars, and honestly generous. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and when a technician finally came it was around 4 a.m., at which point he suggested moving us to another room. Being asked to pack up and relocate in the middle of the night was not what we expected. On the second night, water started leaking heavily from the shower in the unit above us down into ours. The hotel eventually moved us to a suite as compensation, which we appreciated, but the bigger problem came next: several of our belongings went missing for more than a day during the move, including a luxury watch. MOST was eventually returned, but spending a day not knowing where our valuables were, on top of the disruption, was not what I expected from a property with this reputation. The staff were apologetic and did try, which is the only reason this isn't one star. They comped us two nights but again, very disappointed, if not a disaster of a stay. There are better places to stay nearby.

This was our first time at the OKU Ibiza. The hotel is beautifully designed, but also quite far from the town center and in a rather dull area. However, a small sandy beach with a great tapas bar is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, and the rooms made a very clean and well-maintained impression. The hotel has a very large number of staff. The staff at the breakfast buffet are extremely friendly and helpful, as are the reception staff. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff at the pools. Their primary focus seems to be ensuring that a) you are constantly eating or drinking something and b) that you don't get up or leave without paying or signing the receipt. This became very annoying after a while, and in my opinion, it's unacceptable in a hotel of this category—I don't believe anyone is intentionally withholding food or drinks. In my view, they should be more discreet about it. The prices for drinks and food at the pool are very high, and guests are not allowed to bring their own food or drinks – perhaps this explains the constant checks by staff – which unfortunately didn't contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The pool area itself was very nice. Overall, we give it three stars based on our experience. We wouldn't book this hotel again, as the price doesn't justify the experience.

Great vibe and lovely main pool but how can a hotel charging over 500 a night can get away with no heating the pool? This is basic. Rooms are nice, service in the main restaurant is great but room service is appalling. Again not acceptable at this level.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. They scammed me of my Money. They gave us a tiny room. So I called the front desk to upgrade they told me 300$ a night more I said no problem. When I checked out they charged me 350$ a night more. They scammed me. Disgusting. Then apologized but didn’t fix it. Clowns. The bed sheets gave my wife and me outbreaks on our skin. We asked them to changed the sheets but they didn’t. They charge you for waters when you thirsty. Disgusting. The room service is by far the most disgusting food you’ll ever gonna eat. We are never going back to this trash place

This hotel was absolutely class. We stayed here for the second time, and once again it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, I needed medical care, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with everything they could and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend this hotel. Usually not the type to leave a review but this hotel deserved it!

Came to Oku as we had a family wedding to attend. We had a room with a private pool outside which was lovely and a nice place to rest when we needed it. Concierge was wonderful. Extremely helpful with booking a boat and restaurant in Formentera for the day which unfortunately we had to cancel due to the weather. No problem, instead they booked us a wonderful restaurant for dinner (Madunia) and got us into Pikes later on that night. We also had an astrology reading with Uossy Atytala which was really good and very interesting in the spa. Also bought a couple of outfits in the hotel Store. Wonderful stay, thank you. Ps very good breakfast too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could I would live here

I don't know where to begin. I think the greatest strength of this establishment is its team. From the valets and the reception staff to the unsung housekeeping team and the food and beverage team, everyone takes care of the guests from start to finish. Mika, at the pool, is a particular standout: her service is outstanding. Congratulations to GM Rebecca for creating such an incredible team. The atmosphere she has fostered makes this a place where the staff truly seem happy to work. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. The room is simple, beautiful, and perfectly clean. The bed is very high quality, and the housekeeping team pays attention to every detail. The music by the pool adds a great vibe to the place. In short: I'll be back! Thank you all!

Top hotel! Very tasty and extensive breakfast, super beautiful design, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommended.
