Seville Pride (Orgullo Sevilla)

Pride in Seville is a month of events rather than one parade day, and the busiest stretch is the last week of June. Most of it happens around the Alameda de Hércules, the long tree-lined square that is also the centre of the city's gay nightlife, where a stage hosts free concerts on the closing nights.

In 2026 the run-up included Orgullo en la Plaza at Plaza de España on 24 June (ticketed, part of the Icónica Santalucía Sevilla Fest), the opening pregón on the Alameda on 25 June and the reading of a trans manifesto on 26 June. The main march, called Orgullo del Sur, followed on Saturday 27 June at 19:30, from the Diputación along the Ronda Histórica to the Alameda, and a closing gala, Orgullo Andaluz, came on 28 June. The march starts in the evening because of the heat; in 2025 it left Plaza Don Juan de Austria at 7pm. Bring water anyway. Seville is one of the hottest cities in Europe in late June.

The scene is split. Since 2018 there have been parallel marches, and in 2025 a self-organized critical bloc joined the main march to protest corporate Pride, while the trans group ATA Sylvia Rivera held its own march the day before. More than 5,000 people joined the 2025 march, El Salto reported. The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
