Seville Pride (Orgullo Sevilla) 2027
About This Event
Seville Pride, or Orgullo Sevilla, is the yearly LGBTQ+ Pride event in Andalucía's capital. It focuses on the Alameda de Hércules, a historic promenade where Seville's gay and alternative communities naturally gather.
The parade runs through the Alameda and nearby streets in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. More than 10,000 people show up. That makes it a medium-sized Pride, not a huge European one, but it's a big deal in Andalucía, drawing LGBTQ+ visitors from all over southern Spain.
Beyond the parade, there are performances, community events, and a general party vibe that takes over the Alameda for the weekend. The Alfalfa gay bars stay open longer and spill out onto the street; the Alameda becomes one big outdoor party.
Seville Pride usually happens in late June or early July. That's when Seville's serious summer heat kicks in, so Pride is both a celebration and a hot-weather test. Sevillanos handle it with the usual practicality of people used to extreme temperatures.
