Alenti Hotel 

A completely renovated hotel in a contemporary style, ideally located in the heart of Sitges' vibrant downtown. Our Deluxe room (room 33) with its large terrace and jacuzzi was perfect. But the impeccable service, the impeccable housekeeping, and the personalized welcome from Malo, who speaks four languages ​​including French (as Bretons like us), were a true delight, in addition to his professionalism and kindness. We will be back in September with great pleasure! Thank you to the entire team!

A very stylish, modern, elegant boutique hotel located in the heart of Sitges, on Carrer del Pecat (Carrer Primer de Maig). The rooms have a beautiful minimalist design, are very comfortable and are perfectly isolated from outside noise. The service is fantastic and the breakfast on the terrace is a delight.

My experience was unfortunately very negative. It all started very unpleasantly upon arrival: I was informed that my name wasn't on file for the reservation and therefore I couldn't access the room until the person who made the booking sent an email. However, my colleague who had made the reservation was at work at the time and couldn't do this immediately. I understand that data protection is important, but I felt there was a complete lack of flexibility and customer focus, even though I was able to provide all the relevant information about the reservation and the room. Furthermore, I wasn't informed about the pool's opening hours at check-in, which I believe should be basic information for guests. Overall, I got the impression that the customer service didn't meet the standard one would expect.

I'll start with a positive note: the hotel staff is friendly. However, the receptionist failed to mention that breakfast started at 8:00 AM when I asked him to add it to my order that same evening. The next day, as I had to leave before 8:00 AM, I couldn't have breakfast, and no refund was offered. Secondly, I stayed at the hotel in early May. I was completely stunned to see that the patio heaters were on in the evening, even though it was over 18 degrees Celsius outside. So much for the environment.

Great stay at Alenti. The rooms are very well designed and bright. the est facing from are VERY hot in the morning.
