We stayed two nights, very nice hotel, great location near the sea. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
100% recommended! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Excellent location, right next to the seafront promenade. Without a doubt, if I go to Sitges, I know where I'll stay.
Unfortunately, I have to express a negative opinion of this hotel. I've stayed there several times, so it's even more disappointing that the hotel doesn't live up to its previous standards. The positives, of course, include the view from the room and the hotel's location. And that's where the positives end. There are far more negatives. First and foremost, the reception staff, who showed no interest in the guests waiting in line. No "Good Morning." When I ordered a taxi the next day, the same person rolled his eyes as I searched for the name of my destination. Another thing that needs improvement is renovating the rooms and replacing the bunks, because it's hardly a bed. They're cramped, hard, and when a larger person rolls over, the bed slides across the floor. Next, the cleaning products need replacing. It's a very suffocating smell that takes over 30 minutes to air out the room. Unfortunately, the windowless bathroom lingers with the smell for a long time.
Hotel in the heart of Sitges, impeccable location, cozy room and super pleasant balcony.
We honeymooned at Hotel Subur in Sitges and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. We Ubered from Barcelona when we arrived and never got inside another car the entire week. Everything was walkable. The location is unbeatable — right across from the beach, just a block and a half from Judgement Square, and surrounded by so many incredible restaurants, cafés, and bars. We usually walked a little farther down to the gay beach, which we loved. There’s also a lively sports bar connected to the lobby that always had a fun energy without being disruptive. The hotel itself was fantastic for the price, and we’d absolutely stay there again. The rooms were clean, the shower was great, the service was friendly, and having a mini fridge made a big difference during a beach week. One thing to note: noise can travel through the tile-lined hallways a bit, but we brought a sound machine and had zero problems sleeping. Hotel Subur was exactly what we wanted for Sitges — comfortable, affordable, central, and full of life.
