About this place La3

La3 is a gay club in Valencia, known for its electronic, rock, and indie music spread across three rooms: the Main Room, Oven Club, and La2.

You’ll find it at 8 Carrer del Pare Porta. The club is a major presence in Valencia’s gay nightlife, drawing a mix of locals and visitors all week long.

Each room has its own feel, so you can change it up depending on what you’re after—maybe you want to dance hard, or just hang out and listen. They often bring in guest DJs, which helps keep the music fresh.

It’s a big space, set up to handle hundreds of people, and the vibe is always friendly. If you’re in Valencia and want a gay club that feels like a real institution, La3 is where you’ll find it.

The worst security imaginable at a nightclub. Seven security guards beating up two 20-year-olds who ended up in the hospital. I'd be ashamed to have that kind of security...

We were here on Saturday during our weekend in Valencia. They check your passport at the entrance, which is good. No matter what kind of ticket you buy, they won’t let you go outside to smoke until 1:30 a.m., and after 1:30 a.m., the outdoor area is only open until 3:00 a.m. After that, you have to buy a stamp for five euros (again, regardless of how much you already paid for your ticket). There’s plenty of space, but honestly, most of the time it feels like there aren’t that many people in the club. The music is 50/50, but they only play Spanish tracks, so if you’re a foreigner who isn’t familiar with that, think about whether you want to go. Shots cost around 4–5 euros and are pretty good.
