Quiet and comfortable with walking distance to attractions and the city center. Clean and nice, comfortable beds, lots of streaming channels, good breakfast with lots to choose from. Very friendly staff.

Had a valid reservation since 6 weeks and just a few days from arrival the hotel chose to remove my early booking (at a nice price). My guess, someone pays better since it is easter. Sad that they ruin our family holiday just for a few bucks. Cannot recommend.

The owner is rude and the breakfast is unhygienic. The owner walks around with plastic gloves that she uses to touch the food, alternating between unlocking doors, taking keys and poking herself in the face. Avoid!

Fantastic cozy hotel with nice rooms. One of the few times you feel you get more than what you pay for.

Arrive at the hotel at 2pm to pick up my keys and leave my bag. But the door is locked and they are a lock code that you need to know. I call maybe 10-20 times the number that is on all websites to call if you need help but get no answer. Finally they call a woman after I I unfortunately had a very strange and unpleasant experience at Södra Hotellet in Norrköping. When I arrived at the hotel I stood outside for about an hour without getting in. I tried to call the number that was connected to the booking several times to get help. Finally a woman answered who was immediately very upset that I had called several times. She claimed that all the information was already in a text message sent to the person who made the booking. I calmly explained several times that I was there on assignment and that it was my client who had booked the room for me. I was also on the booking myself, so all my information was there. Despite this, she continued in a very unpleasant tone and said that I was wrong and that there were staff at the reception. When I later returned, a man who barely spoke Swedish finally opened the door. He showed me to a table where there were several unopened envelopes, and there was an envelope with my name on it. In the envelope was the key to my room. The whole situation felt very strange and disorganized. Later in the evening, the woman called again and said that if I had any complaints about the accommodation, we would talk about it at breakfast the next day. I found the tone of the conversation to be quite threatening, which made me feel uncomfortable and chose not to go down to breakfast on any of the days I stayed there. The room itself was okay, but very small. The bathroom was extremely cramped. The most negative thing, however, was that the shower was not in the room, but was at the bottom of the house in a common room together with a sauna that is shared with other guests. If I had known this in advance I would never have chosen to stay here. Due to the service and the layout of the accommodation, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
