Very nice and charming hotel with a castle feel. Unique rooms with a lot of history, named after Swedish kings, we stayed in Oscar II, large family room. Very good breakfast. Probably the most affordable we have stayed at (about 1300/night including breakfast!) A little bit of a struggle with Wifi was the only negative. Looking forward to staying there again👍😊
A fantastic environment that constantly surprised positively!
The first thing you hear when you enter the hotel room is a loud noise from the ventilation. It makes and blows cold air all night. The bathroom feels old and you can smell a bad smell from the drain. The breakfast was okay.
Cozy little hotel. A little worn in places, but fresh and charming. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection despite the small size.
We chose the Strand family room as a stopover on our trip to Kolmården and we really loved the place. The room was large and so beautiful, we would have stayed longer! The breakfast was not extensive, but everything was good and our stomachs were full.
A fantastic journey through Swedish history, tastefully and contemporary decorated rooms, lounge, dining room. Eye candy all over, the staff is friendly, big hugs when you arrive, and also when you make inquiries. The breakfast is delicious with homemade bread, and everything that is included in a real breakfast. I highly recommend this cozy hotel.
