Small rooms and quite expensive, but good breakfast and good location next to the train station.

Not a pleasant experience. I had booked through hotels.com and it started with them not finding the booking, but after ten minutes they found it and I got a superior room with a view into a shopping mall *food store (inside the food store itself) on the floor below and no windows that could be opened and provide fresh air. I also thought the ventilation was not that good, and went down and asked to change rooms. I was then offered a standard double room that was significantly smaller. From 20 to 12 sq m. but accepted because I need good air to sleep. The next day I asked to be changed to a superior with a window outside. I couldn't get that. Then I asked if I could pay for the standard double room that I got. But I was clearly told no. I think they were not very flexible in terms of there being no warning in advance that the room was indoors, with no ventilation. And that it would have been reasonable to let me pay for the product I used. There was also noise between the rooms and the internet coverage was poor. The breakfast, however, was like most places in Scandinavia, so there was good variety and nice staff there.
