Good rooms and friendly staff.

The rooms need a serious refresh. I don't understand how they can rent out rooms like that for the price I got.

The hotel's main building boasts beautiful period architecture (staircases, lobby, half-floors, window shapes, etc.). The rooms in the main building are of average size but cozy, while those in the newer wing are larger but less refined. Comfort, quiet, and internal access to the adjoining pub are all present.

Very Nice

The conference room was nice, but very hot and poorly ventilated. The service from the wait staff at lunch was very rude. So much so that I never want to eat there again. Shocking that such rude people choose to work in such a profession.

Decent hotel in the heart of the city. Beautiful building with a selection of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the railway station. Clean rooms and good breakfast selection.

Perfect hotel, comfortable beds, friendly service and wonderful breakfast! A visit to Västerås should always include an overnight stay at Stadshotellet! The best in Sweden!
