Discussion group for gay and bi men

Do you feel the need to exchange ideas with other gay and bi men in a protected setting from time to time? Then you are in the right place. This group is a supplement to the more casual opportunities to meet others and enjoy an aperitif together, for example. It offers a good opportunity to discuss concerns and questions in depth. We use the resources of the participating men: their experiences, their empathy, or their creative ideas for dealing with a situation. The group is led by a professional.
The participants are responsible for bringing up topics. Possible topics include concerns about difficult past experiences, uncertainties regarding upcoming decisions, questions about coming out, reactions to one's sexual orientation in the workplace or in family and friend circles, a feeling of loneliness, coping with aging, dealing with religious socialization, experiences with homophobic remarks or violence – and anything that is currently "burning" or, conversely, is motivating and brings joy.
