Perfect hotel, right on the water, very quiet and romantic in the heart of Verdun, good breakfast on the barge's deck, small but functional and well-decorated rooms. Warm welcome.
Wonderful welcome! We booked two hours in advance and got our room immediately. A generous breakfast with delicious local products.
A gourmet river getaway in Verdun, France 🇫🇷✨ A change of scenery! We're settling into Verdun for a stopover that perfectly blends history, serenity, and the art of living. 🌲⚓️ Our place to stay for the night? A superb and unique experience: we're staying aboard a hotel boat (the Chantoiseau) moored directly on the Meuse River. The interior is ultra-cozy, with a long, stylish corridor reminiscent of a modern walkway, portholes overlooking the water, and an ultra-comfortable cabin. A true floating haven! 🛏️🛥️
An unusual and unique location in the heart of Verdun, situated on a houseboat. The room was small but well-designed and original. Breakfast was simple and satisfying.
A truly wonderful experience. The setting is magnificent, with a stunning view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. A truly exceptional experience, both unique and relaxing. I highly recommend it.
Its quirky as on a barge but a loose toilet seat and leaky shower cubicle along with off hand manner of owner meant it didn't endear itself to us. Female staff though were lovely.
Always a warm welcome, a top-notch team, comfortable room and superb location!
