From Calixto Neto. An abstract space unfolds around a black piano, where bodies, music, and light intertwine, giving rise to personal stories about everyday experiences with racism. The performers share intimate narratives in which vulnerability, resistance, and solidarity become visible. With "Bruits Marrons," Brazilian choreographer Calixto Neto returns to the Zürcher Theater Spektakel, creating a tender homage to composer Julius Eastman. The piece invites us to experience the polyphony of Black queer realities as lived presence and collective strength.
