What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms, with many appreciating the stylish and luxurious interior and the friendly, attentive staff. However, a significant complaint is the strong smell of smoke in rooms despite no-smoking signs, which is particularly problematic for non-smokers.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! Convenient location — easy to get to the city center, as it is close to the metro and train station. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms fully correspond to the photo and description: clean, cozy, comfortable, there is everything you need for living. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. I only had pleasant impressions of my stay.

The hotel left mixed feelings. The rooms are clean and cozy, no issues there. BUT. The staff seems okay, but management could probably use a warning. The situation is this: a young man was delayed by work and arrived at 12:30 a.m. I was in my room, and the hotel is naturally locked. At first, he couldn't get through to the door. Then I tried calling reception, but no one answered. I left the room looking for the receptionist, but no one was there. No one answered the phone, only a mobile number to call. Returning to my room, I realized the door had slammed shut, and the keys and phone were still inside. The receptionist couldn't be found. I had to go to any room and ask the girl to try the number listed at reception. We tried calling other hotel guests for about 40 minutes, but to no avail. It's good that it's a chain hotel, and we got through to another one and explained the situation. I don't know what line they were calling on, but lo and behold, an hour later a sleepy receptionist came out. They must have called on my personal phone, as the work phone was apparently silent. If it weren't a chain hotel, I would have slept on the couch near reception until morning. When I complained in the morning, I heard, "Well, we're on a 24-hour schedule, we want to sleep, and the hotel closes on command. So why ask, are you at work then?" Situations are varied. It's easy to leave in a hurry and forget your key and phone in your room, but what if someone is sick? The hotel is closed, an ambulance won't get through, there's no receptionist, it's impossible to get through, or you need to get out to the car, and any number of other things can happen. Then either keep your phone on silent, or drink coffee to get through the day normally, given that's your schedule, or, as a last resort, write down which room you sleep in and where to find the receptionist. And also during the day I asked to change my TV remote control, because the one in my room was broken, they promised that they would solve this issue and then forgot about it, well, it’s just a small thing... That’s all for me. Thank you for your attention.

Despite the no smoking signs, the room reeks of smoke until your eyes water. It's just horrible for non-smokers to be here.

This is a pretty good hotel. I really wanted to stay here, and it just happened to be there. It feels like it used to be a really upscale mini-hotel. Now, under current conditions, it's noticeably downgraded, like everything else in Kharkiv, but the staff really tries to keep everything up to par. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, convenient parking (even two), really low prices, and breakfast. I think we'll be staying here regularly. It's a perfect value for money and location.

I am delighted with this hotel! The stylish and luxurious interior is very impressive, comfortable beds, high ceilings, quiet and cozy, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. The rooms with bathtubs deserve special attention. Every time I visit Kharkiv, I will choose only Mirax!!! Thank you for the atmosphere and such positive impressions that you leave!
