While in Dnipro, I booked a sauna in Lviv a week ago. I confirmed the booking three days before receiving the services. On Monday (03/31/2025) I used the services at this establishment. I rate it "excellent"! Thank you.

We wanted to relax as a family. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the sullen face of the female administrator. When asked "can I pay by card?" she grimaced in dissatisfaction and, out of great kindness, allowed me to throw money on her card. The mood was already spoiled, because the person was not at all friendly. Inside, we didn't like that there were no doors to the locker room (we had to change clothes in turns), the blinds on the windows were dirty, not all the massage geysers in the pool worked, the toilet didn't close and was covered with frosted glass, which was almost right next to the toilet, through which you could see how a person was sitting on it... The rest room was not comfortable, the soft part had worn out like leather sofas, the tablecloth was like the USSR. The lighting was cold and did not contribute at all to relaxing and enjoying the rest. When we were leaving, the same "friendly" woman warned my daughter not to go back inside to the mirror and not to step on the floor, because you can see yourself in the same mirror from the front door. I would not recommend it to my friends!)

It says 24/7, I call and a rude woman answers, I understand everything when they say everything is busy, but not in a tone like I owe someone something and just hangs up.

I was resting with my girlfriend, the sauna is good, the pool is good, there is a shower, they give towels and a hairdryer, I liked everything, the only thing I didn't like was the water was a little cold, but it wasn't very cold, the service was good, the price was good for the services that are there, we will definitely come again)

Beautiful and cozy

In general, the sauna is not bad, but the service staff left negative emotions. Namely, we were resting on 26. 12.23 the administrator-cleaner burst into the changing room and rudely demanded that we check if the steam rooms were closed, and we, being naked, explained to her correctly that this was her duty and not ours. To which she responded aggressively, motivating it by saying that she could not enter because we were stretched out, which directly contradicts her actions, when she previously allowed herself to enter the changing room when we were naked and did not even apologize, but was rude as if we had come to her house. Therefore, I ask the administrators-owners to take into account the behavior of this person, who was on shift that evening.

Class

Not a bad place, good finca and hamam, but the staff, or rather the person of the administrator, is rude..... spoils the whole impression, walks on heels.... no comfort of stay.

Cozy place

The sauna is very cool, there are two types: steam and Finnish, you can completely relax😌 it's really awesome🧖‍♀️10 minutes before the end you will be reminded to finish 👍🏻I left after that: to chill, to relax🥴 Therefore my recommendations, 5⭐
