The woodland and benches on the Leigh Woods side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, near the Observatory and Bridge Valley Road, appear in UK cruising guides as a daytime and dusk meeting area with wooded cover and river views. It is a national nature reserve popular with walkers, so keep things private and low-key.
