This place did not exist. I followed all directions and was lead down and dark alley. I felt so unsafe as a queer person. If this place does exist it needs signing post and a better sign as to where it is.. I walked down where Google maps told me.to go and was.told there was nothing down there by a man leaving one of the buildings. I then asked a security guard at the peace hall and he told me that the rainbow room didn't exist and told me that there was no bar down there. It is alreyinsage being queer. Don't make it worse with fake or hard to find locations .

In my opinion this place is now a shadow of its former self, used to be Wakefields no1 gay bar but like a confused Lesbian it's lost its identity, which is a real shame even at 9pm on a Saturday it was dead, 3 people in the games room and that was it. My advice is if you want to go to a gay bar, jump on a train and head to Manchester.
