Eclipse Bar

I didn’t feel welcome here. Bar staff can be best described as frosty. Luckily the regulars were a bit warmer. Nowhere to charge a phone except a stupid and unworkable machine that demands a £25(!!!) deposit for no explicable reason. Beer also very expensive.

Such a friendly place staff sexy as hell excellent music really good night not to expensive just a really good night out and safe

Cute and bijou venue, no security, very welcoming and authentic. The other gay venue (Marys) wouldn't even let me in (obviously too fabulous for them) so came here and enjoyed it.

Had an amazing night out at eclipse, such a great atmosphere, will continue to go here

City centre location walk down the stairs and you'll be greeted with good energy, and a whole new face lift to the venue. The owners are lovely and made sure we had the best night out we have had for ages. The shows are massively entertaining and after the show you can pay £2 and take over the music. Really enjoyed that and had plenty of spare pound coins as drinks are cheaper than most of not all of the other local bars. Will be back soon.

Great, friendly bar and the drag queens are great entertainment on certain nights. Nice and bright inside and a sheltered smoking area out the back.
