About This Event
Cornwall Pride isn't a single festival, but a charity that puts on a series of one-day Prides in towns like Truro, Penzance, Falmouth, Bodmin, and Newquay. Each event kicks off with a short march at noon, followed by stalls and performances.
The first Cornwall Pride was held in Truro back in 2008.
It moved to Newquay in 2017, but returned to Truro's Lemon Quay in 2022.
Truro's now the flagship event, held in July. The 2026 edition, on Saturday, 18 July, was scaled back - no main stage, just a gazebo, and a solidarity march instead of a parade, due to rising hostility and lost National Lottery funding.
Penzance followed on Saturday, 12 September 2026.
Truro Pride 2027 is set for Saturday, 10 July 2027. You'll find the dates for the other towns on the charity's website.
