Absolutely exquisite meal! Our party of 6 had the lobster roll, duck Benedict, eggs, and of course a deep fried Mars bar and everything was perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing and upscale as well, it felt like a nice respite amongst the business of the city. Our server Kenji, as well as the rest of the staff, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too! And to top it off, my wife and I were just married a couple days prior and we were given a complimentary dessert. 5/5!

The restaurant boasts spectacular decor, from the moment you walk in the door, right down to the restrooms. The food is exquisite and the service impeccable. Our waiter, Daniel, was very helpful in recommending dishes, and we never lacked anything on our table. A highly recommended experience. Thank you and congratulations!

Disappointing and Shocking Service :Despite booking almost a month in advance for a group of 7. On the day of the booking they tried to offer me a so called upgrade that would separate our group from the ambiance of the restaurant. I declined this and called them to advise that I did not want to be isolated in a part of the restaurant. We wanted to experience the ambiance of the resturant. On Turning up with our group we were offered place in the corner where there was no ambiance and doors open causing cold windy draft and staff claimed it was not private dining option , it was the main restaurant. We declined and were advised to wait for 30-50 minutes in case tables were available. What is the point of booking in advance and communicating with them when they have their own agenda and dont care about well meaning customers who have made plans round this meal. I will never go to this chain again

Victoria was our waitress for Duck & Waffle. She was absolutely amazing, and extremely punctual with everything we ordered. We ordered Chicken & Waffles, and the breakfast burrito. Both, along with our drinks, were outstanding - both quality and quantity. Overall experience was amazing, 10/5 stars. Thank you Victoria!
