Riding Room

We were denied entry for no reason. It was 9 pm, we hadn't even started drinking, and the security guard told us WE weren't allowed in. When we asked why, he told us to go somewhere else. I'm not sure if it was because of racism. Luckily, we went to the courset club across the street and had a great time! We were there all night. A fantastic atmosphere.

No words for whatever happened tonight. I've been living in Glasgow since 2018 and that's been one of my favourite spots ever since. It was one of my best friends birthdays tonight and we had a pre party in the corset club, absolutely lovely. Then at around 11.30 half the party leaves to get to Polo no problem. We finish our drinks and head over about 15 minutes later and one person from our party ( the first to Approach the doormen) get knocked back without explanation, after that interaction no one from the same party (around 10 ppl) are refused entry without explanation ( I asked for a reason as to why the whole parry was refused entry and was denied one). Riding Room security said since Pool refused entry they couldn't provide a reason even though their colleague refuses to to give one. As a 31 year old that wa literally my first night out since February. I came out for one of my best friend and was refused to continue the night without a clear answer or reason despite being a somewhat regular to the Riding Room and Polo in the past and never caused an issue. It was really sad and disappointing Me put a damper on a night out I've been looking forward to the past 2 months to fully celebrate my best friend. I still don't really know what ha

Riding Room is a must on a Fri or Sat night. Fabulous atmosphere; superb staff and glorious selection of cocktails: the kettle ones are a treat. The entertainment is always top notch as well.

Great place to come for a cocktail. I've been here lots in the past and will continue to come back. The staff are friendly and kind. The service is good and this place has a lovely atmosphere. I'd recommend trying this place 😁

Entertainment was great. First time there. I am straight at a gay bar as visiting with new visitors and safety in numbers. No judgement at all, weird being asked if I know this is a guy bar by security. They did however help with bringing the walker up the stairs. Drinks prices not unreasonable.

Liam was fabulous, attentive despite being alone on a busy bar, definitely a credit to the bar. He dealt with everyone fabulously and kept the drinks flowing

This is my Second time coming here but i have found the woman at the Bar so rude, no smiles DEAD miserable no attentiveness. I wont be returning its a real shame the whole place is let down this is the second time and iv spent a lot of money here too!
